Show me some love

I've added a guest book to my blog which can be found in the sub menu on the right. I've started proceedings just to test it but I'd like you lot to put messages in there. Put in whatever you want. music requests, what you think of my blog....anything! Make sure you include your email so I can get back to you.

Erm....what else to put up on here??? I know;

Here's a streetballer from the And1 crew. His name's Air Up There and possibly one of the first ever to perform this dunk. He really knows how to throw it down and he's only 6 foot 2.
Here's another video:

I was fortunate enough to see And1 when they rolled out their world tour about 2 or 3 years ago and they passed through London. The place was packed out!!! The show itself was OK, some nice dunks, alley-oops etc. I remember at the end when everyone lined up to get their autographs some of the players decided to go early. I don't have the photos of the night here with me but when I get back home I'll create a slideshow for you.

Jokes

Even though my ipod is loaded with music I also have some comedy audio up on there. Sometimes for those really long journeys where you can't be bothered to create a playlist for your trip it may be easier just to listen 1 really long track, like a story. Maybe I shouldn't though cos of the amount of times I get those weird looks on the train from people when I just start laughing out of nowhere. Recently I've been listening to the Ricky Gervais Show podcasts which are pretty funny. He used to do a radio show with his buddy Steven Merchant and producer Karl Pilkington but then they decided to make podcasts. They've produced 3 seasons of the show which you had to pay for but now they've released a few one off specials for free. Head on over to The Guardian website where you can download them.

Here are some other comedy clips taken from The Chappelle Show. Be advised, these videos contain explicit language:

This is probably my favourite ever comedy sketch also taken from The Chappelle Show. The sketch is pretty long, 13 mins I think but its worth it. I present to you Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories:
